As we look forward to sunny summer days and outdoor living, our Summer menu takes on a whole new look. Executive Head Chef, Pete Williams, has taken inspiration from the seasonal ingredients now available to him, to produce a menu based around some popular favourites - Tiger Prawn Tempura and Char-Grilled Ribeye steak - and including some locally-sourced dishes - Asparagus Mousse and Potted Hampshire Trout. I think you will agree, there is something for everyone.
During the warmer months, the Solent Hotel & Spa, Fareham is fortunate to be able to offer you dining ‘Al Fresco’. From the middle of May, the Terrace Restaurant transforms itself and goes outside where you can choose from the Hors D’Oeuvres Table and specially prepared dishes from the grill. It is an experience not to be missed!
